AFTER YOU BOOK YOUR SERVICE
BEFORE WE ARRIVE: If your home as not been professionally cleaned in the past 30 days we recommend that you add a “deep cleaning” option to your booking. We also advise that if your home is cluttered, that you pick items prior to our arrival.
ONCE WE ARRIVE: Any work that is performed outside of the scope of duties of the cleaning services mentioned below in basic clean, deep clean, move in/out clean checklists will be charged an additional fee. Furthermore if it is apparent that the home has not been professionally cleaned in the past 30 days or has excessive clutter and buildup, you may be subject to a “deep cleaning” add-on fee.

- Lift and move heavy furniture over 25lbs.
- Reach heights that exceed the reach of our 2-step ladder.
- Carpet Cleaning
- Clean the front of televisions screens.
- Clean harmful bio hazardous substances (blood, feces, etc.)
- Clean infested properties (rodents, insects, etc.)
- Move any appliances that are connected to gas or water.
- Service clients that are disrespectful to our cleaners or customer support.
