If something is not done to your expectations, please let us know. We take any customer unsatisfaction very seriously. Refunds and discounts are handled on a case by case basis. We are happy to do a re-clean if necessary. We will also ask for photos if a discount or refund is requested. Just report the problem to us within 24 hours of your booking!
